Bill Bade, FSA, MAAA
Founder/ConsultantBill founded Sydney Administrators with the goal of providing client-focused strategic support to carriers of all sizes in the supplemental benefits sector. Bill has excelled at every stage of his career, receiving awards such as The Allstate Corporation’s Chairman’s Award, Volunteer of the Year, Allstate Benefits Employee of the Year, and Outstanding Senior Math Major.

Steve Morrison
Head of OperationsSteve is the Head of Operations for Sydney Administrators in Safety Harbor, Florida. He joined the firm in 2023, after spending 13 years working in the supplemental benefits industry. Steve has an extensive background in Operations Management, Account Management and Strategy in the supplemental health arena.

Desiree Sanchez
Director, Client Strategy and ExperienceDesiree holds a master’s degree in business administration and has 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. She possesses specialized knowledge in account retention, relationship management, marketing, and business operations. Her passion lies in helping organizations grow client revenue, reduce churn, and create value.

Autumn Roberts
Implementation Program CoordinatorAutumn Roberts is the Implementation Program Coordinator for Sydney Administrators located in Safety Harbor, Florida. She joined the firm in 2025 after working in the financial and insurance sectors for over 20 years. She has extensive experience in Sales Operations, specializing in broker onboardings, program management, and process improvements. Autumn’s role is to provide pre/post sale support, manage client onboarding, implement process improvements, and oversee program management.
